Resolved to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 14th November 2009.

Retrospective application for porch extension (slightly larger than currently approved)

No objection

WD/2009/2395/FE  Prendoran, George Street, Sparrows Green.

Extension of time for WD/2006/3366/O for demolition of existing detached bungalow and garages and erection of two detached houses with associated garages and parking.

No objection

WD/2009/2364/F  Prendoran, George Street, Sparrows Green.
Demolition of the existing detached bungalow and erection of 2 No. three bedroom semi-detached dwellings and 2 No. three bedroom detached dwellings with parking and access from George Street

We support this application as it is considered that it does not conflict with local policy and contributes to the housing stock of smaller houses.

Front and rear dormers to existing house.

No objection. It is noted that the pre application advice has not been indicated.
