No objection in principle provided the maximum amount of hedge is retained, the maximum height of the signs is limited to 1.2M, there is no lighting after 9.00pm, and that a satisfactory  bat survey is produced.

PROPOSED EXTENSION TO GROUND FLOOR
No objection in principle but would prefer the construction to be in brickwork  set back approx 100mm from the main wall face instead of the proposed timber cladding which is out of character with the existing elevations.
